All wood c-1 paddle start at $350 and go up to $600 depending on the quailty and species of the wood you select.

K-1 paddles

Starts at $350 for a wooden blade with a composite shaft.

All wood paddles start at $400 and as with the c-1 paddles get more expensive with the quality you want.

Tips and t-grips.

Most paddles get a plain wood for the veneer on the tips and the t-grips. You can spruce up your paddle by picking a curly, burly or fiqured wood. These will add a little cost to the paddle depending on the wood types you choose.

Reinforcing

You can have your tip reinforced with aluminum powder and carbon cloth to make it tougher.

I put an extra strip of glass down the center of the blades to give it an extra layer of protection against abrasion. You can also add an extra layer of glass to to beef up the entire blade.

Before you buy a custom paddle I need to know what you want
Figuring out what you want your stick to look like will help make it the best purchase you will make. Here is a list of questions that you need to answer before i can start.
Length and (for k-1) feather
Blade shape
Shaft specs
Wood species
Edge type
Tip reinforcing and veneer type
Fiberglass reinforcing
When answering these questions, you should take into consideration the use of the paddle. If you get a paddle with a light layup of reinforcing and use it in class 5 whitewater, it will not last. Spending a little more when you purchase your paddle will help keep it propelling you longer. If you buy a touring paddle because it is less expensive and you take it on whitewater rivers you will void any warranty.

Blade shapes
I have several different shapes that are standard depending on the purpose  for the paddle. From racing to river running and even playing. You can choose the shape you want to fit your need. If you want a custom shape, I will need a tracing of the shape in order to make it. This will cost extra to produce the first time you order. all other orders will be at the normal cost of a paddle. For examples of the blade shapes available, visit me on facebook and browse my paddleshop photo album.
